Ordered a product Thursday night, maybe Friday early morning. Payed with Paypal straight away, seller still has not shipped item. How long do I have to wait for them not to ship before I make a claim.

it should say under p&p and payment. its generally 3 working days, although this is a generic amount when creating a listing, so some people just skip over it.

You always ask on here about ebay. Just wait a bit longer and you'll most probably get it.
Anyway, the seller might have shipped it but not classed the item as shipped. Message the seller about it before you make a claim.

Keep in mind that some sellers only ship weekdays. If you ordered it Friday morning I'd say give them until tuesday/wednesday to post it.

Are you basing on that the fact it doesn't say 'shipped' on the item? Not all sellers mark their items as shipped even when they've posted them.
