    Default PayPal Help

    I've added a debit card, confirmed it today yet it still wont let me use it. It's there in the card section as activated and verified yet I cant pay with it. I have money in my bank account too.
    Any ideas?
    Do I gotta wait another 24hrs for confirmation of the confirmation.

    Nevermind, got it.
    Apparently you have to use up your PP balance in order to use a debit card, weird.
