    Default FUTURE OF FANSITES- Hab3000.com

I've created a new fansite, it's my first one and i've tried my best so please don't be too harsh.

The main site is still under construction, however V1 of the forum is finished.

If you'd like to see it please visit http://www.Hab3000.com/f

We will gladly welcome all new members to the community.

    Hope to see you there!

Please don't take this the wrong way but the forums you have added on there are very simular to HxF which seems to suggest to me that you have sort of looked at HxF and decided to do the exact same thing which I'm afraid will just not work.

As your forum has such few posts and users you should prune it and remove as many forums as possible and let the forum grow with the community otherwise it will just look dead when someone new comes along which in my opinion makes it look extreamly unattractive. I mean do you really need so many different 'support' forums for example? Are there actually that many staff members who can answer questions or have there been so many problems with the sites reported on the forum that a whole area of the forum needs to be created for it?

At the moment you seemed to have created a forum that is way to big for the community you actually have

On a good note I like your forum skin though and wish you the best of luck with your forum

EDIT: Another thing on the whole 'let your forum expand with your community thing' your forum rules appear to also be an exact copy of Habbox forums I not bashing you but would also like to point out the rules on Habbox have evolved through time and have been shaped around the community yours should be the same you should start with a few basic rules and as the community gets larger and you find certain members of the community misbehaving add them over time.

I’ll be a story in your head, but that’s okay, because we’re all stories in the end. Just make it a good one, eh? Because it was, you know. It was the best. A daft old man who stole a magic box and ran away. Did I ever tell you that I stole it? Well, I borrowed it. I always meant to take it back. Oh, that box, Amy, you’ll dream about that box. It’ll never leave you. Big and little at the same time. Brand-new and ancient and the bluest blue ever. And the times we had, eh? Would had…Never had. In your dreams, they’ll still be there. The Doctor and Amy Pond and the days that never came.

    Oh wait he's

    reset the entire thing.

    Incriminating evidence gone.

    By the way, http://www.hab3000.com/maintenance/index.html

It works fine on Google Chrome. Why have you got a popup that needs to tell EVERYONE it doesn't work? Because even if I'm on Safari Mac it still doesn't work.

Please don't take this the wrong way but no one is going to download a different browser JUST to view your site.

Oh, and you know the site looks iffy in Firefox and IE?

    in the CSS class left_container

try adding the 'line-spacing:' element and mishmash its value, like 'line-spacing: 12px;'. It should fix Firefox and IE.
