Ok, so now I've got sims 3 and I can't figure out how to go online with it, 'cos like there's no people talking to me, so yeah, how? :S +Rep for working answer.

Check the instruction manual; there should be something about it there.
If not, then check Google.

I'm sorry, I have no idea what to do.
I've never played The Sims 3 in my life, so I just went on the assumption that there must be some sort of instructional guide somewhere.
I hope you find out how to get online!

From what I'm hearing, it does, as on the back it says, PEGI Online, I'm not sure if this means yes or no but people have told me yes.

You can't play online with the sims 3. The only things you can do online with the sims is download extra content from the store

The Sims 3 is not an online game. The back of the box is referring to the community from which you can purchase extra in-games items.

Sims 3 supposedly has an online activation system[COLOR=#009600 ! important][COLOR=#009600 ! important][/COLOR][/COLOR], you need to block the game from going online plus there's no .exe included in the installation, I believe that's what it downloads when activating it. Not that it wasn't easily bypassed ...
