    Do you mean from ISOs?
    Or ripping from CDs?

    From ISOs:
    Extract with WinRAR

    Ripping:
Rip it in windows media player and it turns it into mp3s

Install iTunes. Then insert the disk and it should prompt you to rip the disk to your computer.
