I know this will seem a bit odd coming from me, as i'm a Leeds fan, but how over rated is he?

Yes, he does get a lot of goals, but have you noticed how many complete sitters it takes him to score one goal? From watching Leeds play quite a lot on TV recently and from going to see them play Southampton, i've come to the conclusion that he's very much a headless chicken.

He has a terrible first touch on the ball and he's completely arrogant. He misses so many clear cut chances it's surreal and he often loses the ball in the box because he's too greedy and never see's the oppertunity to pass to a team mate.

I've heard that Newcastle, amongst other championship/premier league sides are after him and it makes me wonder if they actually watch him play or do they just want him from the scorelines? Sure he looks good in league one because he's playing against rubbish defenders and even then he makes a mare of most of his chances anyway. In the championship he'd be a completely different player, he'd be up against faster, better defenders and he'd look half as good as he does now, then again in the premiership he'd look even worse.

he doesn't always score goals though? he scores one in about 5 or 6 chances. He's just fast and can out run league one defenders. What i'm saying is his pace won't get him anywhere in higher leagues cause the defenders will be just as fast as him.

Think your right, he'd be an average championship striker at best.

Leeds have much more exciting talent than him.

I'd agree with the arrogance. However, he's constantly one of the top scorers in the league, that's why he gets so much attention. Goals are what teams want, not goal:chance ratio necessarily.

Funny when Orient played Leeds last year (can't remember this years results, as didn't travel to Leeds, but last year I don't seem to remember him being flash. And considering Orient being described as a 'pub league one team' surely he should shine?

As brandon said, Leeds should cash in on him in January, then watch him flop in the Championship.

Nah its actually something i've noticed.
Yeah people want goals, but hes only capable of scoring those goals in league one, not in a higher league, and he takes loads of chances to get them. For every goal he scores he misses about 5.

Plus, people are planning on offering 2m, which we wouldn't do. If he helped us get promotion, even if he went on a free in the summer we'd make loads of money.
