    Default Scaphoid Fractures

    Anyone know how long a cast is on for with them? I have a probable one, bone scan thursday to determine how bad lol.

    I just need to know when i can get back to the gym

    Depends how serious, you may need an operation to pin the bone back together if it's real bad. If you need a cast it usually remains on for around 10 weeks I think...

    I take it you've had an x-ray already then, which most probably didn't show much?

    Yeah, theyve stuck a brace on me until thursday when i get a proper cast
