Broke magnisafe adapter

Okay so my magnisafe adapter has came away at the top. i rang apple and there replacing it, i need to send the old one back when i recieve the new one, but do i have to pay for p&p?

Did they not mention sending a pre-paid envelope, stamped sheet or parcel? Usually they send something like a returns slip, envelope or parcel in which you put broken things in (though usually a returns slip). I guess it's a wait and find out answer.

Ah then it might come with a pre-paid returns slip Unless Apple are living in the stone age, nearly all companies ship replacements with a slip you stick on the outside to return it without paying a single penny. So you shouldn't need to worry

It will come with a courier who will have the new1 in a proteted box and he will exchange them and send ur old 1 back to apple. simple
