Are neons legal in Uk

If you want my opinion, if its bright blue or anything other than the tinted white/blue headlights don't bother. It will only cause you grief.

Basically, blue and red is a no no as you will look like a copper. But I wouldn't suggest a tube either. Keep them on the inside and you'll be fine, if your putting them outside then expect some problems. All my mate's put their light's inside.

yes, they're legal to use when driving, and imo all aftermarket car lighting (neons, daytime running lights, lexus lights, etc) look gash.

I thought they were illegal, but if tdi says they're not then I'd accept that but like people have said, you'll get loads of grief from the bizzies either way. If your windows look too dark or your headlights look to bright, they'll pull you for any excuse cos they'll assume they'll uncover other things when they search your car or whatever. I got pulled because my car was old and "easy to get into" so they assumed I'd robbed it. ;l

I didn't think you were even allowed interior lighting. Definitely not blue anyway.
