This game is awesome. I found it when I was looking up things for lesson plans on poverty last year, and I got addicted.
It teaches you how hard life is in Haiti.

You click on a family member, then send click on something in the town to get them to go there- like, getting a job for the season or going to school or to hospital.
Once they move there you'll be given options such as 'work the family farm'. Click that to pick it.
After you've designated places for every family member, click 'start season'. You can also buy things in the left hand column, and choose their level of living conditions. (remembering that higher living conditions costs more money)

The more educated family members are the better jobs they can have.
