Default PC always freezing/crashing - need help (+rep)

    Hi

I recently got a PC from my sister which she said i could have

It was running really slow so i recovered it to factory settings

After the recovery, there was a lot of updates (around 150) so i installed all of those and they are all up to date

I even downloaded DriverDetective and updated all of my drivers

The problem is still persisting, when a program like Habbo is running it crashes for about 1 minute every 5 minutes, if im on Habboxforum and say a google page it's fine.

What the problem? I hardly have any programs because of the recent recovery, all drivers up to date as well as all updates.

All helpful answers will get a +rep or 2 thanks for the help

Turn off. Un plug. Open it. Clean all the dust off everything and out of the heatsinks. Put the side back on. Plug in. Turn on.

Nota Bene: Do not use a vacuum cleaner.

Does it crash when you're doing anything specific or using a lot of system resources?

Bear in mind Habbo does use quite heavy system resources. On my HP it can use over 700Mb of RAM when loaded in Firefox.
