Due to popular demand, we're launching a second edition of Habbo Raceway with 16 brand new courses and new prizes!

Step up to the starting grid, beat the opposition and take the checkered flag as we go on a racing journey through four cups, each with individual courses and Staff racers.

Over the coming weeks we are constructing 16 uniquely themed racing courses, each divided into 4 cups. We will then use these courses at numerous times for cup tournaments, individual races and Staff battles. It all begins on Friday 22nd January with the launch of the Duck Cup which features the Staff course of Lost_Witness. Do you dare to race against your Hotel Manager on his home course, Lostie's Arabian Night?

How to take part

There are two ways to take part; racing and constructing. You can choose to do one or both and each has different prizes up for grabs.

Racing
Simply check the Latest News and http://www.habbo.co.uk/groups/raceway for details of any upcoming races. We will also send out a hotel wide alert prior to any big races.

Constructing
Each Cup has one Staff created course, leaving space for three of yours. Details of each Cup will be added to the Latest News regularly.

Get your crazy courses added to one of our official racing cups. We have 3 spaces available in every one of our 4 cups, for one of your brilliantly themed race courses. Please check the requirements below before submitting your entry.

Submit a Duck Cup Course
We are looking for three courses to join Lostie's Arabian Night in the Duck Cup. They should be relatively simple courses, as this is only the first cup, and they should follow a specific theme.

Subject: Duck Cup Course

Remember to include your Habbo name and to keep your room exactly as it appears in your screenshot until the winners are announced.

The Duck Cup races will begin this coming Friday 22nd January, so you don't have long to submit a course. Winners will be announced morning of Friday 22nd January, so make sure you've sent your entry no later than 10am this Friday. Racing will begin around 4pm (we'll let you know on the day). Also, check back Friday afternoon for details of our second cup, the Carrot Cup.
Duck Cup Course Requirements

- One room only.
- Flat track throughout (no stacked road).
- 2 obstacles maximum.
- No Arabian theme (we already have this covered).
- Shortcuts are allowed but only small ones and not too many.
- Large rooms only.
- Fill the road side so it's not possible to accidentally go off the road (unless it's a shortcut).
- Use relevant road signs.
- Have a starting straight with 1 grid piece and a traffic light
