    it will get suggested so ill mention it now. Its not a capture card but similar.

    Hauppauge HD PVR. might be aexpensive but its what you have to pay for a HD card

    You can purchase either a Black Magic Intensity Pro or a Hauppauge HD PVR. The Black Magic plugs into your PC internally while the PVR is connected via USB.
