A couple of Win7 Devices and Printers questions?

I've got an HP dv6 laptop (built in webcam), which doesn't show up in the Devices and Printers menu. AFAIK, built-in webcams still show up in there, right? The camera works on MSN, Skype AND the bundled HP Mediasmart Webcam software, but its just not in that menu.

Secondly, how do I change the default images for the devices it can't find pictures of? I'm sick of looking at a massive printer thats supposed to represent my Epson. And I'd like to change the image of my iPod touch to something that doesn't look like a negative scanner or a camera.

Is there actually a list anywhere of Device Stage compatible devices? I know Microsoft had one, but that link now redirects to the Windows 7 main page.

Is it possible to make a custom-made Device Stage? AFAIK it just involves some XML files.

And can I pin a Device that HASN'T got device stage to my taskbar? I'd like to be able to pin my iPod there when it's charging.

Struggling to get my head round that, I'm not fussed too much about custom device stage, but I'm just trying to find the right bit for just adding a Device Icon.
