Man this is starting to frustrate me. I've installed about 10 different programs and none seem to be able to do it.
What is a simple to use program that converts DVDs (vob files) to avi?

add VOB(s) and make sure it has the right setting (encoder, Filesize, etc.)ofwgktadgaf

DVDFab6 and HandBrake, both free and never had a fault ripping films or TV series.

i personally use Aimersoft DVD ripper. Can convert into lots of things, have a search on the internet. Pirate it if you want, i did

+rep to all. any more suggestions are welcome. And the Handbreak seems to not work for me, maybe im just a ******. And WinAVI doesn't work either :@
