Default Can you return in-ear headphones?

I got some expensive Sony In-Ear noise cancelling earphones and I'm not too impressed by the quality and they don't sit in my ear. Are you allowed to return them because I payed £70 and it a waste of money if I'm not going to use them.

Not entirely sure its a good question, i dont think you can if theres nothing wrong with them unless you bought them within like 7 days, I think most companies let you send it back in that time idk. You could just smash them against a wall and claim they arrived broken and you want a refund lol

the only reason you cant return earings is because its actually gone through your body, i dont see why it would be a problem

you do know half the stuff that is returned is bin or in the case of something then they would just reuse the parts to make new ones.

as for returning them what's their "returns policy" like?

because if its anything like currys who are work for then they are very picky i would just say they not what you expected.
Most company will give you 14days to return them and get your money back, make sure you have everything when you send it back because they are funny like that.
