    Default +REP Why there are no audio/volume at all?

    I ran a driver scanner test and it says that I do not have um ATI Functional Driver for High Definition Audio

    What does that mean? Is it why I can't hear any audio/volume?

    Same happened to me a while back, all I did was restored to factory settings, but wait for more replys incase therez an easier way.

    It is for the Audio over HDMI on ATI cards. Even if you don't have a HDMI port on your card it supports audio over hdmi with a special DVI to HDMI adapter. Although if you can't hear anything on your actual onboard/dedicated sound thats another issue.
