Habbox.com uses the Joomla CMS: http://www.joomla.org/

CMS such as Joomla (like Jamesy said the one that Habbox uses), Droopal, or Mambo are good multi-purpose management systems that makes it really easy to manage your whole site.

Is Joomla like Microsoft Frontpage + Dreamweaver?
I'm looking for these sort of editing programs. Just downloading Joomla, gonna see what it is XD

Joomla is a CMS, this means you make your website with Joomla intergrated into it, so you can add news articles etc.
