I reccomend doing monks till 85,
after 85 head down into the Living rock caverns with a normal fishing rod and normal fishing bait and fish "Cavefish"

When you reach the required level for Rocktail which is level 90 you will need living rock minerals,

Monkfish = 120 Exp
Cavefish = 300 Exp
Rocktails = 330 Exp
