Lags really bad +reps

Right rs keeps lagging really bad like i login then i attk somethign and it unfreezes after im dead or the monster is dead.

All ive got running is hxf and swiftkit [does the same when i use rs homepage]

Dont have msn or music or anything going, Any ideas?

Well turn all your rs settings to minimun and get off HD if your on it.

Also if it still lags then give us your computer specs but rs is pretty basic so its hard to lag on it, might be your internet.

Pretty much what Arch said.. Maybe try restarting your computer, seems to work for me sometimes.

change all detail settings to low clear temp files caches, cookies blahhh etc

if not buy a better faster computer

If your computer cant run rs on minimum settings without lagging no offence but your computer just be terrible so i'm guessing its the internet or something

I have about 80 films downloaded to my comp would this affect it?

Used to play fine

Well that takes up memory but i mean computers usually have alot so it could but i doubt it

Depending on what year you bought the computer, if recent then ti's definatly not the pc..

Also try downloading Mozilla Firefox as it has java built onto the system personally best browser ever. Doesnt open pop ups etc or you may be effected with a virus

If you're using a router, try putting a password onto it as someone could be sharing it with you :p
