i'm try to do the quest to get the good spell for my ranged/mage acc for pvp.
i still need to do all the 6 quests and 2 skills 50 fm and 53 thiving. any tips? and i dont need to get my att / str up do i to do any of the quests??

On rs click on the quest's you have to do and it will tell you what level's you need.

^ also rune hq is good I think thats the one that gives you recomended levels for the quest.

For thieving I did cakes & bank them. Then master farmers using cakes I stole a food. Not sure if there's a more efficient low level way now a days.

The quest isn't at all hard, just need a blocker.
