    Default Soooooo

Basically i've been doing 40 mins of ab workouts 3 days a week.

I have a bunch of exercises i do that target everything and i do most of them to failure (instead of just stopping at 20 or something).

Anyways I've been doing this for like 2 months and i see alittle difference but its nothing huge. I thought id see abit more of a difference then i do now.

Also i don't have much fat where my abs are so it can't be that?

I know its a process but does anyone know how long it will be untill i see major results?

have you been eating enough protein and all that stuff? The diet also is important, you just just do the exercises.. And if all else fails... steroids!

The abs are 95% diet 5% exercise. The exercises can strengthen and will increase size but the size of the abs is usually not the problem, even in your average sedentary person. It's the fat covering them, and if you can't see them, it's because you need to lose a little bit more fat. But don't go too low. Plus, abs are really overrated imo and I've got abs before people start claiming I say that because I don't have them.

Hardly any differences, you can increase their size slightly but since I can't see you or anything I don't know your room for improvement. Besides, it is still diet.
