anyone have any ideas as to why the sudden rise it's been hovering around 3hc for a while now.

Suddenly we are seeing 4-5hc+
with other rares I don't even think twice about rises of 1 or 2hc but the petal has been quite steady thoughts?

The Petal Patch kind of got left behind with the recent boom thats passed, infact it was one of the only rares not to of risen at all. Its rising it seems because demand is now outstripping supply and because as other rares are now declining, peple are turning back to original favourites to invest in/hold value in such as the Petal Patch.

Yep, (shame he can't write reports while doing all these answers *cough* *cough* ) anyway back on topic. Petals always go though these stages as they are used in basically every casino and people make them a lot.

It and the Dragon Egg always used to fall I think it was because people always used to spread rumours that it would come out, of course since Rares were scrapped these rumours no longer circulate.

However, Rares are returning!
The Petal Patch has been a very popular item for a long time now. And there aren't really any nice alternatives to them for room designers. Therefore, there will also be a demand for them. However, as Dan said, due to the supply recently going down the demand then went up and people were willing to pay more since people began rejecting the 3hc offers. They now sell for around 4.2CS and I think there's a possibility that they might hit 5CS.

The last time petals were released too many were bought and consequently the value suffered, it was at 2.5 for a while, a year later it went to 3.0. A lot of old Habbo's are quiting atm, and new ones who don't own petals want them! I can't say they'll rise too much, or people just on't be able to afford a whole floor. I reckon it'll come down to 4.0 soon enough. Plastic Pods have had a boom recently too, gold pods especially are veyr popular, again getting rarer as older habbo's leave. (I made loads on my pods and petals! )
