The name is the same on both of them. Some people seem to think that the super rare one is called 'floor rug' which it isn't both the catalogue and the super rare have the same name and the same motto. I don't think that there is many active than there used to be. Also, the real one is darker and you can tell it's real by providing a fake one when you trade.
