What changes would you like to see?

What are some changes you would to see in improving runescape. This could be changes to items, skills, minigames etc...
I can think of a few things atm. One is a better spec for whip because the current one is such a let down. Mabey it can have a spec kind like bgs.

Being able to wear cape in barbarian assault and cape + helm in castle wars. Yeh its a let down because you cant really show of your cape and get the bonuses from them.

Also a decrease in dragon claws spec.

capes for f2ps. f2ps work hard to get their 99 skills too so I don't see why they're not allowed. despite that though, keep them the same price (harder for f2ps to make money) and maybe trimmed capes only for p2ps so that there's still some advantage to p2ps.

In a more realistic update, I would allow members to duel anywhere rather than in a dueling arena, I've always had that preferance.

Yeh agree with that, would be good for f2p to have skill capes as well.

Yeh I know I was shocked to see at how much stuff had gone up by.
Dueling anywhere would be pretty cool.

Oo thats pretty intresting Im assuming they will work out an avrage for the item and allow it to increase/decrease 20% of the avrage.
