Default How do you cancel your XBL subscription?

I'm currently on my second annual subscription of XBL but at the start of it I wasn't asked if I wanted to continue, it just charged my bank account and carried on. This was ages ago now but I just want to know how to cancel in case I decide to stop before it charges me for my third year. Is the only option to phone them?

    Cheers x

I just left it being the credit card expired and from what I read it's ultra confusing and complicated.

If your card expires it just sends emails notifying it, well they have for me.

So basically all that can happen is that they send an email or whatever asking for the payment which I can then refuse? Cool beans

I use pre-paid cards so I'm not sure about this but yea.
