Default Getting data from Xbox onto PC?

Hi, I'm wondering how to get my game data from my Xbox onto my PC. If I removed my hard drive and repalced it with my memory stick would the data save onto there?

I believe you're after something like this

I think there is a more simple method but I'm not really sure, all third party I'm afraid as Microsoft don't like gamesavers.

Edit - Also removing the harddrive and putting in a memory stick wont work, you can't even put DLC or anything onto a memory stick, kind of lame but that's how MS roll.

You can't put game saves on a memory stick? That's ridiculous however I can see the business sense on the DLC side of it.

I don't know what it has to do with it and I generally don't care, a lot of the talk is that jtagging is why microsoft charge for that cable now.
