Can You List A Mobile With Contract On eBay?

I am looking to sell my Samsung Jet since I don't even use it anymore that much and I read that you can give the phone to someone else who wants it and ring up the service providor with new direct debit details of the new buyer. Is this sort of behavior allowed on eBay? Thanks.

I doubt anyone would be willing to buy a second hand phone on contract and I also don't think what your trying to achieve is possible, it's a legal agreement between you and the mobile service provider, not some random ebuyer

You can usually transfer the contract, but I would check with your network about this.
