.gif Animation

Its ICT homework that I need to be finished for Tuesday, I need to create an animation of about 10 .jpeg image files, like sort of a slide show, but saved as a .gif video animation file (if that makes sense).

Is there any websites or SMALL program that I can use to create this?

Those have worked for me before. Beware with animating photographs, .gif animations can only handle a certain amount of colours so if the animation looks crap quality, don't be surprised, nothing can be done about it.
