Right so ill be opening a site soon, and it will be hosting 125 x 125 ads, as well as maybe a bigger ad, and the only site i have come across is http://buysellads.com/ which seems pretty good. Used by some top of the line sites. However, after signing up it appears you have to have about 100k impressions a month, which, of course as the site will be new, i cant use it.

So, do you guys have any recommendations, rather than setting up my own system to contact me and pay through paypal?

You could buy a $14 license for Ad Seller at CodeCanyon, which is pretty easy to set up and automatically sell image ads.

Or you can go for Branchr, which offers the 125x125 regardless of how many impressions and hits you get. A bit like adsense, with much nicer advertisers offering iPhone apps etc.

I've used both and whether you want a nice order based system, or an out of the box sort of thing, they're some of the best you will find, so I hope this helps.
