    Question Having troubles DJing with NiceCast.

    Hello HabboxForum!

    Just wondering if anybody has experience using NiceCast to DJ on their mac?

    I am not sure exactly where to input the Address, Port, and Password such that I can connect to a Radio. (I'm a DJ for a Habbo Fansite.. just wondering how to connect to the Radio w/ NiceCast)

    I thought it was easy as going to Window -> Show Server -> Add Server and then inputting the info there.. but I'm not sure if it's Shoutcast or Live365.. and where do I put the password? (Cause the password seems to be associtated with a username or something?)

    Most Habbo fansites use SHOUTcast so i presume its shoutcast
    You will then be asked for the localhost (IP) Port, and Password.

    @ Above, Nicecast is a Mac SHOUTcast client.

    Set up NiceCast to stream to Shoutcast with this tutorial:
    http://forums.winamp.com/showthread.php?threadid=236336

    Or just go to Window > Show Servers in Nicecast.

    You then need some software like DJay to play music and mics through to NiceCast.
