    Default Halo Legends

Anyone seen it? I'm gonna go watch it in a bit. I've heard mixed opinions, but generally the anime seems to have been well received. I was a huge fan of the first game and thought Haloid was amazing, so its nice to finally have some more animated Halo to watch!

I saw part of one of the episodes and it totally looked like they were parodying Dragon Ball Z. These two guys come flying in, powered up and everything. The only thing that made it Halo was Master Chief, haha. Although I did see part of another episode that was pretty much the ultimate homage to the game in anime form. I like that they've mixed up the episodes so much. A lot of different animation studios worked on Halo Legends, from Madhouse to Production IG to Studio 4C and beyond. Some well known anime directors worked on it, too. Anyway, enough talking! Be back in two hours.

I'll either wait. Till one of my brothers get it since they both like halo, or i'll buy the Blu ray when its cheap cheap. £10 or less

I've watched the first four episodes, gonna watch the rest tomorrow.

Theres way too much exposition at the start with an obvious conclusion, making it seem tiresome and a little boring after a while, although its nice the anime picks up on the entire backstory. The first actual episode was a little disappointing, but the second one was better. So far it has been okay, but I'd only recommend it to fans of the game.

I was really only a fan of the first one as well. Back when FPSs didn't encompass 90% of the gaming industry. I play Halo 3 every now and then, it's quite fun online, but the first game is by far the best.
