As title implies what is your greates achivment on rs, it could be anything from getting a certain level, doing a quest, or getting a drop.
Mine would have to be the firecape, I had tried it a few times and failed and when I finally done it I was pleased.

also when i got arma plateskirt drop i was pretty happy
