Level 74 Cooking or 68 with Cooking Gauntlets.

Raw lobsters can be cooked with a Cooking level of 40 or higher, granting 120 Cooking experience. Players may accidentally burn lobsters while cooking until they reach a Cooking level of 74 (or 68 while wearing Cooking Gauntlets). By cooking lobster you recieve ~160 k xp/hour

true but i'm not after xp i'm after money the xp would of been a bonus. of course if i got 70 odd cooking then i wouldn't have to worry about food for pvp. but if not i can just have fishing xp and some money
