Dodgy internet.

Hello.
I've just recently begun having problems with my net connection. The problem is that my net disconnects every so often, and I mean every few minutes/seconds. I cannot find the source of this problem.
I have unplugged both router and modem, reset the network adapter in my computer and verified my DNS are on automatic.

Any suggestions please? This is extremely annoying when gaming.

The internet disconnects on the router or your computer disconnects from the router?

I think it's just me and the router, considering my housemates are having no problem with this.

That probably rules out DNS...

Wired or wireless?

Should have mentioned, wireless. Computer is to bulky to be put downstairs, so can't change to wired. I am upstairs, router is downstairs.

But I always have full bars, without fail.
