Strange, strange decision, not the best of managers, and employing him at this time is a no loose situation for Dowie. If they go down, he says, ''well I didn't build the team, not my players, they were in the bottom 3 when I came, I tried my best''.
I understand why Dowie has gone, but what I don't understand is why he's been appointed... :S

They should of never sacked r' Phil this close to the end. This guy won't be able to keep them up.

Who else could they get? I agree he shouldn't have been sacked but then again they must think it's a risk worth taking. Funny though now Dowie was commentating on a game yesterday for SSN and now is a PL Manager.
