    Default T-mobile contract?

    How could i end it without paying £255 (termination fee as 9 months left) reason for this is that o2 have offered me a better deal.

    Can i say my dad died and he can't pay no more or will they ask for proof?

    They would ask for your dad's death certificate or something.

    You could always look through your contract and see if there is a way out?
