Default Habbo Text For Coins Method Broken?

I prefer using the texting method to recieve coins. I used it often. However, one week it broke. Yes, I understand theres a 6 texts per 7 days limit, I didn't exceed that. No, I don't have a prepaid phone, I have ATT, unlimited internet, calling, and texting. It isn't my phone because it does the same thing with my parents, i'll use it for a few times, 2 or 3 purchases, and it gives me the error message. You see, it does reply, it send me the text to reply "Yes" to get the voucher and confirm the purchase. I reply with a yes, and it sends me this "Sorry! We are unable to complete your purchase of Habbo.com Alert because: Opt-In Expired (43010)." I know it isn't my phone like I said. It won't go away over time, because it's been broken for around a month or two now. I really want coins now. I've tried using the help tool on habbo.com, and they just say "Help Tool down for matinence, try again later" Two months later, still matinence, i'm assuming they just don't want to answer it. I've tried calling the line, however they call me back at literally the worse times, and I always miss them.

Help me, has anyone else had this error before me and fixed it? I would greatly appreciate help.

I've not heard of this problem before. I can offer you a few suggestions.

    - Try again in a while (I know it's already been a while but still wont hurt )
    - Call the line again, hope that you can answer
    - Keep trying the help tool
    - Try a different phone network
    - Check the SMS system is still active

    Hope one of these helps
