Why would Volume 1 be the second? It is just one film as I said, simply released in 2 parts, hence not Kill Bill 2.

Yes, Kill Bill is my favourite movie. It's quite stupid though, they have showed Vol.1 twice, but I dont think they'll be showing Vol.2 in the near future.
