If you fancy a risk, i personnally reccoemdn the ZMI Altar it gives double exp for the runes you craft, but you get random runes, And can craft up to the max rune know matter what level you are.

do earth runes. they give small prof but they pretty good xp. also get earth rune crafting gloves from the mini-game fist of guthix they double xp per rune only problem is they other make 1000 ess then they break. if you have loads of money to burn up make body runes. if you buy the ess 84gp then make into body runes (7gp) you lose almost a hole 80gp!! but still fast xp.

84 (ess) - 7 (body) = 80 since when? lol
ess = 86, body = 7, loss = 79
34 - 60 RC @ Body rune = 33k of them
33k*79gp = 2.6m loss
