Just watched this film. I have to say it, considering I have never had any feelings during a film, moved me to say the least.

SERIOUSLY powerful film, if you haven't watched it then go and buy it and watch the film, and I am saying now if it didn't make you feel at all sad you are sick.

    My god.

I read the book, it's proper sad... and I don't want to watch the movie because it'll probably be like, even sadder seeing it.

I must admit it was a very sad film, I've watched it many a time and at the moment I mentor a Year 8 Student who is reading the Boy in the Striped Pyjamas at the moment in their class, and it is such a moving book and film. The film is very powerful and has made me cry.

I watched it in History, nearly everyone started crying, I would say probably the saddest film I've ever seen.

It's an okay film, but nothing compared to the likes of Schindler's List or The Pianist. I didn't like the family tragedy aspect that was going on, the story was just mediocre and I found it hard to take seriously when compared to many other Holocaust films due to the fabrications within the movie.

    This.

The book was very emotional, and did make me sad. But the movie didn't really have an affect on me.

Sort of half watched it in history, didn't really pick much up as it was end of term and I was talking to people. But the people who did watch it were crying and stuff. It did look fairly good.
