Is your relationship with your Parents close?

I don't live with my Dad and he only comes down probably once or twice a year, don't speak over the phone or anything like that and he hasn't been in my life so tbh it's too late to try and start a 'father and son relationship' i've managed without him so i don't need him now or in future.

My mum, were not really close, i can't really speak to her if i want advice on something and were probably arguing 4 - 5 times for the week but in comparison to my dad.. i'm a lot more closer her.

my mums my best friend though, i tell her anything and would rather spend time with her than friends so yeah we're close.

I don't like my step-dad that much but will talk to him.

my mums great i'd say we probably get on the best and she likes me the most out of my sister and brother
i think we're just more alike, but when we clash we clash soooo bad
and our views on some things are completely opposite so that sucks sometimes.

i don't think we've ever said i love you to each other though haha, and we don't hug and all that

Right,my parents divorced since I was 6 and it wassss agggess ago.

I do see my father once in a while like once in a week.I do call him but only for important stuffs like asking money and such.I was very close to him but the divorce changed things and he cheated on my mum,so like no.

As for mum,I'm closer to her.I don't tell her everything but still I share a lot of things with her and I can spend quite some time on the phone with her.I get along the most with her compared to my other siblings and she likes me LOL
And yeah,I just give her some occasional kisses and hugs

My dad died just coming up to two years ago and we had a good relationship. I don't know it 'close' would be the right way to describe it but I could talk to him about anything and I reckon he would have been a great mate to have in general. I was possibly always a little closer to my mum but was pretty much always equal really. It's my brother who I fall out with all the time.

We all fight with out parents in our teens - that's just the way it is, usually. Maybe you should try to ask your Mum for advice though as it could make you closer. Also what do you argue about? Is it virtually the same thing everytime?
If it is then maybe think about doing or not doing what the problem is. She maybe having a hard time herself and sometimes we don't always appreciate this. I know I didn't when I was in my middle teens.

I'm not close to either of my parents really but we do have a good relationship. Sometimes I hate my dad because of the past etc but I know he cares about me so I can live with it. I live with my mum and so yeah we're bound to argue, and I don't go to her for advice or help because I tend to like to be quite independent when it comes to stuff like that but we can have a laugh together so it's cool

I live with both of my parents. I am closer to my mum because I don't really talk to my dad much. I am close to them both though
