Disconnecting from xbox live when installing updates

Everything has been fine previous to today, I opened up MW2 and it said I needed to install an update.

When trying to install the update I disconnect from Xbox live and get sent back to the opening screen where I reconnect to Xbox live..

Can anyone help?

Yes me and all my mates have this problem, apprently it is something to do with infinity ward putting new maps on a live server and it has buggered everything up

I've had the same problem, the update has just come on or something so the update is available, but now I can't find a game :@
