We refer to it as a Jingle, which we have designed for us by Jingle makers... i think

You can get jingles from www.bluewaveimaging.co.uk (formerly Jingle Masters) or www.radioproductioncompany.co.uk - personally mine are from RPC as they're cheaper but still fairly good.
They cost though. I got mine 3 for £5 from the second site so it was quite good really. Check chose out
!
