We had a similar problem to this a while ago and our resident technician for the site has no idea what causes this either. I've quoted what he said in a previous thread, do that and report back to us with any change.

I would try clearing your cache/cookies and check if Javascript is enabled as it said in that quote.

What browser are you using?

I did wonder what was the issue with it. It doesn't work in Chrome/Firefox, I won't be removing my cache/cookies. Ahh well!

I'm using Firefox and it's working fine.

Checked your settings to make sure javascript is enabled?

Yeah, I probably have to clear my cache etc. But I hate doing that!
