Sorry if wrong section, but I'm clicking on it and everything and it still wont move, i've also highlighted the layer, its getting really annoying, i cant even edit it!

How do i drag/edit font which i've already created in photoshop?

unless it's a locked layer, you can just edit it by selecting that layer then clicking on the text with text tool. or to move it selecting that layer with the arrow and dragging it
