    Default Problem with my PS3...

    Turned it on today and a message came up saying that files on my hard disk were corrupt and that it would be restored. I then pressed restore, when it reached 100% my console restarted and went back to the same screen showing that message. I have done this numerous times and the outcome is always the same.

    Anyone had this problem before and know how to fix it if possible?

    Any help much appreciated! I havn't had it long.

    Have you tried ringing sony to see what they say?
