What do you think? Personally I think it's nothing special but it's like the first proper layout I've designed, excluding maintenace layouts

This. You should make the banner smaller and put the announcement ticker/DJ says on the nav bar, otherwise its quite well done.

Nice, nothing too unique though. Also, there should be more padding on the bottom between the two boxes.

It is good for your first layout. Black lines kinda annoy me resemble about 3/4 of all Habbo layouts being created now. Good job though
