LOCAL ROBBERY.

Around a week ago or so, someone in my local area (Ardwick in Greater Manchester) was robbed. They killed the four people in the house & took all the stuff. Police went round warning everyone.

About 20 minutes ago, one of my next door neighbours (two doors away from me) that are very good friends of ours were robbed. The woman was outside screaming and crying. All the neighbours are there & its just unbeliavable. This happened about 1 and a half hours ago & no-one heard or saw anything. They broke in from the back garden because theres this kinda alley thing which links three neighbours.

They were all out, that means they were probably watching them to find out when ALL of the family have gone.. I'm very scared & I dont really know what to do.

Anyway, the purpose of this thread was for 43reasons.

1. To inform you about it
2. To warn all people that live near the area, to WATCH OUT AND LOCK DOORS AT ALL TIMES.
3. To get advice from you. I'm really puzzled so any suggestions will get +repped

And if you live near the area & have witnessed something thats suspicious, then please forward it to the police.

nonono - other people in the area. a family of 4 did get killed like a week ago - today it happened to my neighbour but they werent in

yes - from what i know they are same robbers.
no - they havent been identified
i dont know them
i know the people who got robbed.

Just keep your doors and windows locked. Then have something handy to protect yourself if needs be. If they've killed people that's quite important.

they do walk about but clearly thats not enough.. i mean police knew it could happen again? why didnt they try prevent it.. and i dont know if they called the police or not, but i dont see any police vechile outside their house :/

some police guy knocked on my door - no hi's no nothing just "ITS THE POLICE" i was gonna say "ITS THE RUSSIAN GUY" but thought it'd be best not to. he just asked if we heard anything & he said to keep doors locked & that there will be patrols out at night and around the area. phew. but still - dont feel safe.
