    Default Flashing Corners [+reps]

    Hey, i know that when you "fuse" two pieces of furni together that they can sometimes flash if you know what i mean. But i know that in many casinos they fuse lodge corners and pineapple plants and they pines stay hidden apart from the leaves out the top. I've tried doing it and they just keep flashing -.- Is there something different that needs doing during stacking to stop it doing it?

    Far as I know they do it all the time at random intervals, no matter which way you stack it i.e which furni you put on first. However in theory it shouldn't merge if you put one piece of furni ever so slightly above the other, in this case you'd put the lodge corner a fraction above the pine so that you can still see the leaves, but the lodge corner and the pine won't switch randomly and 'flash'. You can use plates from the diner range to put one above the other but they'll look like they're at the same height. I can only assume that this isn't the technique that casino owners use because generally the more furni you have, the less imagination when it comes to making casinos so forgive me if I doubt their ingenuity.
    Alternatively you could use yukkas instead of pines because of course their leaves are much higher up than pine's. Knowing that you could place the corners ontop of the pines but you'd still see the leaves as if they were right behind the lodge corner. Just a thought.
    I'll see if there's a way to do it without the diner plates later on the best I can.

    Not sure if LoveToStack just mentioned it (too long to read & information not necessary for me) but try making the pine/lodge corner 1 coin higher than the other item

    Can't seem to find a way to get them to stay still if they're at the exact same height, can't even trick it to read them as if one was higher than the other using country ditch corners which have a height of zero. There aren't many casinos that I can see immediately that have corners and pines at the exact same height; most have one ontop of the other to some degree. Presumably to get around the flashing.
    This is just another stupid consequence of habbos constant updates. This sort of thing used to happen in big rooms with furni stacked regularly, now it seems to have devolved and is now a problem in all rooms. How is that a positive update? No idea.
    Anyway here's two ways you could do it;

    One on the left has one plates width between corners and pines, with the corners on top. Only aesthetic problem is there's a kind of thick black line between the corners on one side, that's just because they're so close together, you get black outline next to black outline.
    One on the right has a distance of two plates between corners and pines. Personally I think it looks a bit better but that's a matter of opinion.
    There's also the issue with both that the corners aren't completely flat on the ground. However you could get around that if you did it on petals, most casinos have petals so I'm just assuming here, anyway if you did that you wouldn't notice the gap.
    Hope this helps some.
